This is the first step of our process. If you are interested in a custom design, please refer to our contact page where you can provide us with a little more information. From there, you and Elizabeth with begin brainstorming your dream design.

After sending your contact information to us, we will schedule a consultation with Elizabeth. In this initial conversation, she will get to know more about you and what you are hoping to design.

You will also get more details on costs, production time, and any questions you may have. With your busy schedule in mind, we offer video consultations, as well as in-person showings.

After the consultation period, we begin creating your design! This could mean several phases, or as simple as one depending on the complexity of your design. We present a CAD design make-up for your approval between you and Elizabeth to ensure your design is perfected.

Once you give us the go-ahead, we make your CAD make-up come to life! Generally, this process takes anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks, but depending on your project, we can provide rush services as well.

When able, Elizabeth hand delivers every design to her clients because she doesn’t want to miss out on the fun! For clients who live far away, we offer the highest level of overnight insured shipment to your preferred destination.
